2. Digital rendering, digital design finalization with accurate 3D renders, these renderings provide a visual representation of the inflatables from different angles and perspectives.
3. Pattern creation, patterns are created based on the digital renderings, they are the templates for cutting and assembling the inflatable components.
4. Cutting, printing and sewing. CNC cutting for clean lines and color fidelity, high‑precision printing for custom logos, graphics and brand elements, professional assembly using double‑stitching and high‑frequency welding at stress points and seams.
5. Quality inspection, comprehensive quality inspection including pressure and leak tests to ensure its quality and performance.

Quality and safety are always our most important concern, materials are carefully selected for long‑term outdoor display and use, the fabrics we commonly use are:
PVC Tarpaulin: For large inflatables (castles, tents, etc.), featuring good airtightness and wear resistance.
PVC-coated Oxford fabric: For medium-sized inflatables (cartoon character, columns, etc.), wrinkle-resistant and suitable for frequent folding.
TPU Film: For children entertainment inflatables and water inflatables, non-toxic, eco-friendly, and highly elastic.
PVC-coated Nylon fabric: For large outdoor inflatables requiring high wind resistance (e.g., outdoor advertising), with high tensile strength and UV resistance

We provide inflating and deflating procedure instructions and offer safety and operational guidances.
